The Castelli Prima 2 is made of Pro2 Dry Soft fabric that feels silky smooth on the skin and ensures excellent moisture management. As well as providing comfort, this fabric also breathes very well, making the shorts ideal for temperatures between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. The anatomic construction ensures a perfect fit, and the silicone grippers at the leg ends ensure the shorts stay firmly in place without pinching.

Great trousers at a great price
I used to always buy Castelli’s Velocissima shorts, but they were fitted with different silicone grippers that chafed my thighs. The Prima, however, has the nice, familiar grippers. I also find the cheaper Kiss chamois more comfortable than the thinner & more expensive Castelli Project2 chamois found in some shorts. This version has a more luxurious cut and fabric than the standard Prima shorts. They do run small, so go for one size larger than your usual size.
